The Ensign in the Heavens, Pt. 2

Psalm 19:1 says, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showeth his handiwork.”
Now, here is when things get even more interesting. Surrounding Moses’ Tabernacle was the camp of Israel in the four cardinal directions. According to Numbers 2, on the east side of the camp were the tribes of Judah, Isaachar and Zebulun. They were to always lead the way to battle because you are to enter into battle with a praise! On the south side were Reuben, Simeon, and Gad. On the west side were Ephraim, Manasseh and Benjamin. Finally, on the north side were the tribes of Dan, Asher and Naphtali. Everything surrounds the temple and the glory of God! Now, according to Numbers 1:52 and 2:2, each camp pitched by their own standard or ensign. The reason is because we are to take the praises of God outside of the camp into the world, being carriers of His presence! Jewish tradition teaches that each flag or standard had one of the 12 constellations depicted on it as a sign. This is very interesting because in Genesis 37:9-11, Joseph dreamed a dream in which the sun, moon and eleven stars made obeisance to him. His father rebuked him, and his brothers were moved with envy because the sun represent Jacob, the moon Jacob’s wives, and the eleven stars Joseph’s eleven brothers! Also, multitudes of times in scripture did God tell Abraham and Isaac that their seed would be as the stars of the heavens, referring not only to their number, but also in a powerful banner of praise that is signified through their imagery of symbolism in the heavens. All of this was a divine setup!

Before Jacob passed away, he gave a prophetic word to all of his children, as well as Joseph’s two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh. Every prophetic word that he gave by the help of the Holy Spirit was symbolized by a constellation. Having said that, when an individual studies astrology and seeks through occultism to predict the futures of a nation, such as looking through a horoscope, is Satanic and evil in God’s sight. God designed the heavens to perfect His praises, but as with anything Satan has ever done, he has sought to pollute the purpose of creation to bring distraction and exalt himself in his own pride and vain glory. He still fails to understand that he is defeated and that his throne has been cast down, and the heavens declare that, which is what I am about to explain very shortly. The reason that the constellations parallel to Jacob’s prophecy is because through their banners of praise, it is like heaven comes down to earth, or rather than they are brought to the heavens in the spirit realm, declaring war against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places. They are encamped around the throne of God, harmonizing with the angels as they cry, “Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory” (Isaiah 6:3). Psalm 34:7 says that the angels encamp about those who fear Him. When we choose to walk in the fear and reverence of the LORD and sing and speak praises to Him, Jehovah-Nissi will fight for and defend us, sending His angels to surround us with His divine protection and glory!

Although mythology has attempted to pollute the purpose of God’s creation, we know most of the constellations by their mythical names, such as Leo, Aries, Taurus and Aquarius. Therefore, I am going to link the prophecies given through Jacob to His children with the names of those constellations, in the order of the tribes in each camp:

East Side
1) Judah – In Genesis 49:8-9, Jacob describes Judah as a lion’s whelp. Leo is the constellation that forms a lion, and so the lion is the symbol of the tribe of Judah, for the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, who is Jesus Christ, has prevailed! (Revelation 5:5)
2) Isaachar – In Genesis 49:14, Jacob describes Isaachar as a strong donkey couching down between two burdens. Gemini is the constellation that appears a set of twins who are brothers and are warriors. The two burdens reflects the set of twins seen in this constellation.
3) Zebulun – In Genesis 49:13, Jacob said Zebulun would be a safe haven for ships. Cancer is the constellation that forms a crab, which is a creature of the ocean and sea!

South Side
1) Reuben – In Genesis 49:3-4, Jacob told Reuben that he was unstable as water and would not excel. Aquarius is the constellation whose image is young man bearing a pitcher or cup of water, which fits Reuben to a tee!
2) Simeon – In Genesis 49:5-7, Jacob tells Simeon, along with Levi, that because of their violence and cruel acts, slewing men and willingly hurting oxen, God would divide and scatter them in Israel. Capricorn is his constellation, whose image is a goat. It was Jesus who said in Matthew 25:32, “And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats.” Goats eat up anything that they can get a hold of, and because of their destructive and consuming nature, they will be divided!
3) Gad – In Genesis 49:19, Jacob prophesies that Gad would be overcome by a troop, but at the end, he would overcome! Sagittarius is his constellation because his image is an archer, one reflecting military character, or a raider!

West Side
1) Ephraim – In Genesis 49:22, God tells Joseph that he would be a fruitful bough by a well, whose branches run over the wall. In order to have fruit, you must have a seed, and Joseph’s seed was Ephraim and Manasseh. The twelve tribes of Israel were different from the twelve children of Israel. In Genesis 48:5, Jacob claims Ephraim and Manasseh as his own. Levi was “God’s Tribe”, with their inheritance being God Himself! (Deuteronomy 10:9) So to speak, Ephraim and Manasseh took the place of Joseph and Levi among the 12 tribes of Israel. In Genesis 48:19, Jacob said that the younger son, who was Ephraim, would be greater than his older brother. In Deuteronomy 33:17, Moses prophecies that Joseph’s glory would be like the firstling of his bullock. In Hosea 10:11, the prophet says that Ephraim is a heifer that is taught, who loves to tread out the corn and that God would make him to ride. Taurus is the constellation who appears as an oxen because an ox work and labors, reaping what has been sown!
2) Manasseh – In Genesis 49:8-22, when Jacob went to bless Joseph’s son, Ephraim was on Jacob’s left hand side, and Ephraim was on Jacob’s right hand side. But as he was led by the Spirit, he put his right hand on Ephraim, the youngest, and his left hand on Manasseh, which formed almost like a cross with his arms. Pisces is a constellation made up of two fish, which appear to be crossing. According to Joshua 17:9, when the tribe of Manasseh was receiving their inheritance and setting up its borders, its coast was on the north side of the Kanah river, which means “like a reed,” and the outgoings of it were at the sea. They bordered the sea. In 2 Chronicles 33:14, after Manasseh realized that the LORD is God, they rebuilt the outer wall of the City of David, from west of the Gihon Spring in the Kidron Valley to the Fish Gate.
3) Benjamin – In Genesis 49:27, Jacob declares that Benjamin would ravin as a wolf, devouring his prey in the morning and dividing the spoil at night. Aires is the constellation that appears as a lamb, which is the key animal that wolves preyed on in biblical times!

North Side
1) Dan – In Genesis 49:17, Jacob prophesies that Dan would be a serpent by the way, biting the horse’s heels, causing the rider to fall back. This would be seen through the constellation Scorpio, which appears like a scorpion. In the sector of Scorpion, there is the constellation called Serpens, which is a serpent. A viper that bites the horse’s heels, juxtapositions Scorpio next to Sagittarius. When the horse and rider fall backward can be seen because Sagittarius descends lower than Scorpio. Dan’s ensign was the eagle because they prey about the serpent!
2) Asher – In Genesis 49:20, Jacob speaks of Asher’s prosperity as that of having bread that is fat and yielding royal dainties. Virgo is a constellation that is pictured as a maid with stalks of grain in her hand.
3) Naphtali – In Genesis 49:21, Jacob compares Naphtali to a doe that has been let loose, giving goodly words. Libra is the constellation that appears as a scale because it is Naphtali who chooses to weigh out the circumstances and speak goodly words, what is best!

Everything tribe and their constellation perfectly lines up in the heavens, meaning that they made an impact on the spirit realm. Their praises are even banners that are raised to the heavens. It is the reason why Psalm 19:1 says, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showeth his handywork.” Psalm 50:6 says, “And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself.” Psalm 97:6 says, “The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.” We just thought it was because of the beauty of heaven and nature that it glorifies God when, in fact, they contain a message within itself. The world has desired to pollute it, but we must uncover the truth! I have already mentioned about Dan’s constellation being Scorpio and Asher’s constellation being Virgo, the maid. At the fall equinox, Scorpio looks to be stinging the heels of Virgo while she is crushing it under her foot. Keep in mind this appears in the heavens every year. This reflects concerning when God told the serpent that he, speaking of the devil, would bruise her heel, but the seed of the woman would bruise his head. It was Jesus Christ, that virgin born Son of God, who would be nailed to the cross on Golgotha’s Hill, known as the “Hill of the Skull,” and would forever crush the head of the serpent through His death, burial and resurrection! Even the heavens declare that the devil is defeated, serving a reminder that he will never overcome!
