Imagine Again

Ephesians 1:18 (TPT) says, “I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling—that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones!”
Ephesians 3:20 says, “Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.”
It is amazing how we were created with an imagination. As sons and daughters of Yahweh, we have this spiritual DNA within us to have a creative mind. We were created to form and invent. For example, when a husband and wife become a father and mother, they have formed a child with the creative ability God has given them. We were born to imagine and create!
The problem is that instead of allowing the light of God to illuminate our vision and the mental pictures we create within our minds, we allow the darkness of evil to do it. Our imagination will either be formed by faith or fear. If based on faith, we will begin to see circumstances and vision through the eyes of God, and we will write down the vision and work towards making the necessary steps to see it come to pass. Nothing can derail us from it. If based on fear, we will create offenses in our own minds and will never be able to accomplish God’s purposes for, in and through us. We are limited, never willing to take a risk out of see the potential of failure. If we want to see the mind-blowing works of God fulfilled, then we must allow faith to control our imaginations and cast down any imagination that opposes His Will. If an imagination is filled with lies, then we must believe and do the opposite. Then we will walk in the blessing and favor of the LORD and see dreams become reality!
If you want to test and see if the imagination is in alignment with God’s, worship! Imagining out of a place of worship allows us to tap into the creative mind and ability of God. It is opens a channel between heaven and you to where God can speak and His presence can come and minister. We build a throne that attracts His presence when we worship, and then we allow Him to step into our thoughts and imagination. Therefore, having imaginations are not a bad thing. We are created to imagine. It is just about dreaming God’s dreams for us!
